Re: What are your five best movies ever???
hmm.. that's tough, there are so many good movies that I have watched, I'll just pick the first five I remember:
the fountain - totally underrated movie, and many people told me they hated it(i think they didn't understand). for me it was a really deep movie. I watched on original dvd and it's amazing to see how emotions are represented visually.
fight club - i was stunned after the movie, brillant acting from Edward Norton. themes like identity, 'love', and the modern society are explored in it
the departed - that one was entertaining, i'm a fan of di caprio and matt damon (their roles are far from 'titanic' and 'good will hunting' for the better)
eternal sunshine of the spotless mind - original, emotional, and far from the hollywood cliché
forrest gump - watched it like 3-4 times when the movie was released, i was really in love with the character at that time
and the sixth : lotr (all 3) - hmm, I couldn't resist, I asked the originals as gift
