Tools -> Clear Private Data-> Select ONLY Cache -> Click Clear Private Data Now.

i haven't actually seen a messed up layout on the forum, but once i tried to have a look at google's cached snapshot of the site and it was messed up like this. can anyone else have a look and tell me?
