You cannot rate someone. You can rate a service though. Even so, you should be knowledgeable in the field before rating a service.

Let 'em start rating developers..and get their site/applications "destroyed" in some unknown circumstances...

I don't think you need knowledge of a service to rate it, surtout pas service medical. As a patient you'd know when the service was good or not.

Nope!
Say you're allergic and go into anaphylactic shock. The doctor gives you a dose of piriton and cortizone (and the cortizon makes you fat - retension d'eau. you end up looking very buff). A patient who know fraks may think that the services sucks for he now looks buff (even though it's temporary). You cannot rate a service unless all parties undergo a thorough investigation first.

It's not a Mauritian site... only the company is registered here?
Did they think they would not be sued if the site is foreign-based?

Not everything can be rated by common peope... & certainly health-care is not to be taken lightly. But at least it does bring some scrutiny to this sectors - all doctors should know there's someone watching over their back!
