Suicidal Blogs :- Ever thought about deleting your blog?

* The blogosphere continues to double about every 5.5 months.
* A new blog is created about every second, there are over 80,000 blogs created daily.
* About 55% of all blogs are active, and that has remained a consistent statistic for at least a year.
* About 13% of all blogs are updated at least weekly.

That was in 2005 and 2 years in the virtual world is comparable to decades of real life, so imagine the millions of blogs out there, out of which only 55% are active. What about the remaining 45%? What have they become?
Is your blog among the 55% or the 45%. Has it ever changed side?

Many bloggers reach a time when they get fed up of blogging or simply do not manage to get enough time for their blogs. Some choose to just forget whether they have a blog, others temporarily close it down while some even go to the extent of blog assassination (they delete their blog along with all the memories in the form of comments...)

So have you ever reached such a critical time where your blog stood between life and death to be decided by a single click from your mouse? How many blogs have you killed till now?

hmm, mo ti kumence mo blog en november last year, a cette epok li ti pluto 1 photo blog ek mo pa ti p expect dimune visit etc, li ti 1 sort de personal diary. lerla mo pa ti p tro update, aprer kelke mois kan mo cam keli ek rooch ine kumence zot blog en fevrier parla lerla mone re coumence blog ek nu ti p nu "pacte de banla" ki nu pou post regularly ek comment sakene so blog. lerla ziska ler i always find something to update my blog with.

Btw, there are some people who threaten to delete their blogs just to get more attention (ou sympathie?) from their readers. What you people think about those blank threats? [me pas p viz persone la hein!]

Anyways, I really didn't have time to manage it... And since many complained the contents were just mere "copy-pasting" from the net, anything I would have posted there, you would eventually find it on the net then, right?... So it's no loss for anyone...

Yash...mo ena something pou avouer...When i started this thread...the idea came from your blog itself, with your threats to delete it.
But, i want to make it clear, i really didn't want that to happen, c t just to have a better insight about the things that makes a blogger delete his/her blog. Unfortunately, although i expected some reactions from you at the start itself...they didn't came. And now when its too late...we have them.
A call to all blogger out there, please don't delete your blogs. If you are fed up, just take a break; as long as u need,there is no need to delete your blog. And c pire, when u delete a blog because of OTHERS! To hell with others, your blog is yours, you are the master, not other people![/img]
