Yan wrote:To MBB. Hmmm.... I'm just curious. Do not take this as a criticism but if you review someone's blog, you must have some prior knowledge of blogging. I have not seen elsewhere mentioned that you are a blogger.
+ It's a bit difficult for me to accept someone's review without the person showing some "qualifications" that he is apt to review someone's blog. My opinion.
I don't know why I did not see this post before. Yan, first of all I must say that not calling what you said a criticism does not make it less of a criticism.
If it was a bit difficult for you to accept being reviewed by someone whom you judge as being unqualified, where was that opinion prior to the posting of the review of YOUR blog? You should have made that clear beforehand. The MBB was created to give a little "coup de pouce" to Mauritian bloggers by reviewing them and making others know about relatively "unpopular" blogs. You might call it a sort of repertoire for Mauritian blogs. We did not go about and say " we are too good and qualified at blogging, thus trust us to review your blog". We just asked for permission and when given the permission, we made reviews. So far people have loved MBB's work.

Re: freedom of expression
A relevant post on the freedom of expression of bloggers would be this post from Avinash Meetoo's blog.
Re: freedom of expression

Re: freedom of expression
The best thing that the company could have done is rectify their mistake by doing their job properly. The company is putting itself in trouble by trying to sue the couple.
